Who is the Academy for? Beginners or advanced students?
Both. The curriculum is designed to take you step-by-step from core foundations (ikhlāṣ, tawḥīd, Prophetic model) to advanced engagement with modern ideologies, doubts, worldviews, and contemporary challenges.
How long is the "Intellectual Ambassador" programme?
Sapience Academy’s Intellectual Ambassador programme is a one-year, structured training programme, culminating in Sapience Accreditation with written and oral assessment.
When will the programme start?
Sessions begin on 31 March 2026 inshaa'Allah.
How is this different from Sapience’s previous learning platform?
Sapience’s previous learning platform was mainly a library of pre-recorded lectures. Sapience Academy is different in two major ways:
First, the content has been dramatically updated and improved—and a large portion of the curriculum is entirely new and has never been delivered before.
Second, Sapience Academy isn’t just “content access.” It’s a structured programme designed to help you actually become an Intellectual Ambassador—with live teaching, real-time guidance, discussion, and accountability as you progress. The previous platform didn’t have this pathway or training structure.
What will I learn inside the Academy?
You’ll progress through a structured journey covering spiritual foundations, communication and leadership essentials, intellectual daʿwah tools (worldviews, proofs for God, Qur’an, Prophethood, critical thinking, debate), and advanced responses to modern ideologies and objections (atheism, liberalism, feminism, LGBTQ+, secularism, Darwinism, Qur’anic controversies, and more).
Is Sapience Academy online or in-person?
Sapience Academy is delivered online for flexible access worldwide, with interactive resources and real-world application built into the learning journey.
Will there be a certificate or accreditation?
Yes. There is an accreditation pathway that culminates in Sapience Accreditation through oral and written examinations, including a 45-minute oral exam.
